Easter Treats

Happy Easter, Everyone!!

I hope you all are enjoying the day in whatever way you choose, be it a sunrise service or an easter egg hunt– or both! 🙂

I just wanted to share with you the little treats I made for my coworkers this past week. I work with a bunch of guys and/or engineers, so I didn’t want to get too fancy or time-consuming. From design to completion was only about an hour and half to finish up a dozen of these little guys!

I found the idea of using a treat topper as a treat holder on Pinterest, but everything else is original 🙂

I used the Small Oval Punch to make the little eggs out of the Best Year Ever DSP (was availalble as a free selection during Sale-A-Bration; I’m determined to use up all my DSP and not hoard it anymore LOL). I simply scored a 2″ wide piece of Soft Sky cardstock and punched it with the Scallop Tag Topper on both ends. The Word Window Punch was an easy fit for the Happy Easter sentiment from Teeny Tiny Wishes, the ever-handy, all-purpose sentiment stamp set. I opted to add a couple of little flowers by punching them out with the flower from the Itty Bitty Punch Pack, and then secured the holder with a piece of Calypso Coral ribbon (that was also available during Sale-a-Bration).

Hope you have a chocolate-filled day! 🙂
